HOW TO CANCEL YOUR LESSON

Please log into your account by clicking "Sign in" in the schedule window bellow.

Click at your name and select "My Reservations" from the menu.

From the lesson overview, please click at the date you wish to cancel. In the lesson preview click "Cancel participation" button.

Confirmation about cancellation will be sent to your email. Such lesson can be refund within two months.
Na Váš email bude zaslaná informácia o náhrade, ktorú si môžete vybrať v priebehu následujúcich dvoch mesiacov.

From the lesson schedule please choose a free term that suits you and select the refund you wish to apply.
For replacement lessons in English please choose lessons lead by Hanka, Barbora, Veronika, Kristina or Lenka :-)
Warning: For the lessons in a group, our system is set to control the age difference between children, so the difference is not too big. You can reserve a replacement lesson 2 hours before the beginning of the selected lesson the latest. The calendar for clients is visible only two weeks ahead. Once booked replacement term cannot be cancelled with refund anymore.
